RETURNS
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery for a store credit.
We won't accept returns for the following:
Clothes that have been worn, damaged or marked in anyway.
Clothes without their tags attached.
Clothes without a return authorisation number (RA).
All items purchased on the Online Warehouse sale are final and we will not be accepting any returns.
Before you send it back to us, you must request a return authorisation (RA) number by emailing returns@thepunterclub.com.au
Make sure you include your order number and reason for return in the email so we know what went down! We process all returns within five days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.
STORE CREDITS
Store credits can be used to make a future purchase and are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
RETURN POSTAGE
You will need to cover the shipping cost of your return to get back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
